There's a secret to success in data science interviews: nearly all tech companies have poached managers from the largest, most successful companies such as Amazon, Meta, and Google and now nearly all interviews across the industry have similar structures. Once you crack the code, if you can get one offer, you can get many.
I was told about this course as it was going around a huge group of graduate students in Data Science at Columbia University, and it was eye opening how much I was missing out before on translating my academic knowledge into being able to answer data science interview questions.
I used this personally with great success and highly recommend for anyone looking to get an edge on the competition!
I occasionally receive messages from recruiters for roles that look good but are a little too junior for me. One recruiting firm has consistently shared with me relatively well-paying contract worker roles that are excellent ways to break into tech -- or into better known companies -- with less competition and less intense interview processes.
If you'd like a referral for the role, click on the form and provide your name and email (which is the information required for me to share your info).
Step 1: You share your name and email with me via the form to the left.
Step 2: I provide your name and email to the contract search team (I receive no compensation)
Step 3: You'll receive an email instructing you to complete an "onboarding process" to fill out your information and prior experience with this team. They will interview you and, if deemed a fit, pass you along to the hiring manager.
Their team -- not me -- will receive compensation if you're hired, so they will be strongly in your corner as an applicant.
If you want coaching for your interviews, feel free to contact me directly here or on social media.
This role pays $110-125/hour (roughly a $220k-$250k annual salary equivalent) with the following description:
